So many scenic places to stop...meeting some cool people along the way...lots of travelers. 
Met this couple on a motorcyle from Louisiana...actualy she is from Columbia.....and flew to Portland to meet him who had driven that motorcycle from Longville, LA in 3 days!
This guy is biking from Seattle to San Diego...says he will be there in 5 weeks. He has a solar panel over the back of his bike that powers his laptop, lights, and camera batteries. 
These girls are from Germany, we sat and watched the grey whales...a pair of them...frolicking...pictures not good enough to post..
Arrived in Humboldt County....via Highway 101.
Gas is well...EXPENSIVE...everything is compared to prices in the Southern U.S. !!
