Dinah is the queen of composting if there ever was one...she has a fabulous garden and quite a composting operation....no vegetation leaves her property...with a gasoline powered chipper she shreds everything that needs it...then places it in these beautiful bins made with wire and palm leaves
....she has built incredible composting toilets at her place as well as all over the Yucatan, hotels, etc....this one is in her garden for all workers, she has 2 inside her house!.....they are very appealing to the eye and they don't stink!
